Key Responsibilities: Site Management: Oversee daily operations at the construction site, ensuring that work is being carried out as per design specifications, project schedules, and quality standards. Supervision: Supervise construction workers and subcontractors to ensure work is done according to the project's plans, budgets, and timelines. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work, ensuring compliance with design, regulations, and standards. Perform quality checks and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly. Health and Safety: Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations on-site. Conduct regular site safety inspections. Project Coordination: Liaise between clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progression. Progress Monitoring: Track the projects progress and report on any delays, risks, or issues that may affect the timeline or quality. Maintain a project diary and detailed logs. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any site changes or issues encountered. Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Take appropriate actions to address any deviations from the plans. Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise on-site. Cost Control: Monitor and manage the site budget, ensuring that the project remains within financial constraints. Work with the procurement team to manage materials and resources effectively.
