Job Description
As the Telehealth Equipment Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the Telehealth Equipment within the organization. Your duties will include designing and implementing the IT infrastructure for the new office, as well as installing and configuring computer systems with standard applications. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all software is regularly updated with the latest patches and to back up data for all staff members. In addition, you will be required to provide IT helpdesk support, ensuring that computer systems are free from viruses and conducting preventive maintenance as needed. You will also support and assist staff in creating documents and presentations, as well as maintaining necessary ICT-related files and records. Your role will also involve providing technical support for managing workshops and meetings, as well as maintaining IT inventory.
