Job Description
You will be joining a leading NBFC with a Regional Office located in Thrissur as a Collection Executive. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate efforts among sales, accounting, and legal departments to effectively collect debts. It will be essential for you to create strategic plans for debt collection while ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations. In this role, you will be required to communicate with debtors via phone to negotiate and implement debt recovery plans. Additionally, you will need to utilize publicly available databases to locate individuals who have defaulted on debt, conduct background checks, and prepare loan documents as needed. This position is available in both Full-time and Part-time job types. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience, with a preference for individuals with experience in debt collection. The work location for this role will be in person.,
