Job Description
You will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of a large dental clinic. Your main tasks will include managing patient scheduling, handling patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring smooth patient check-in and check-out processes, monitoring staff attendance and schedules, addressing staff concerns, managing inventory levels, coordinating procurement, overseeing accurate data entry of patient records, treatments, and billing information, maintaining office infrastructure, managing clinic finances, working with accountants, and assisting in budgeting and cost control. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting. Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in dental management software and Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and knowledge of insurance claims and bookkeeping principles are also required. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.,
