Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Office Coordinator to manage daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and capable of handling a variety of administrative duties with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning workspace.
  • Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and handle general inquiries with professionalism.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and inventory; place orders and manage vendor relationships.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees (workstation setup, orientation, access coordination).
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure records and documents are properly organized and accessible.
  • Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., data entry, document prep, travel bookings).
  • Liaise with building management, IT support, and maintenance vendors for any facility-related issues.
  • Monitor office budgets and expenses, and assist with invoicing or petty cash as required.
  • Requirements:Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
