Job Description

You will be responsible for providing administrative support by managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory, handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls, maintaining records and files, as well as coordinating travel arrangements. Additionally, you will oversee facility management to ensure the office space is well-maintained, arrange for necessary repairs, and oversee safety and security procedures. Your role will also involve event planning, which includes organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and other office events. In terms of financial management, you will be responsible for processing invoices, managing budgets, and handling expense reports. Furthermore, you will be involved in supervisory/team support by supervising administrative staff, providing guidance, and assisting with onboarding new employees.
