Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking individual to handle daily office support duties, cleaning tasks, and occasional field work. The role combines basic office upkeep, document handling, and outdoor errands as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Support Duties (Peon):

• Distribute files and documents within the office.
• Assist staff with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Serve water, tea/coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Open and close the office premises as per schedule.
• Maintain stationery stock and assist in basic office arrangements.

Cleaning Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and clean office floors, desks, and furniture.
• Ensure cleanliness of washrooms and pantry area.
• Empty dustbins and dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the premises at all times.

Field Work Duties:

• Deliver or collect documents, cheques, parcels, etc., from banks, post offices, or other offices.
• Make outdoor purchases or errands as instructed.
• Assist in field-related administrative tasks when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 8th Pass or above.
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and able to do manual tasks.
• Honest, punctual, and well-mannered.
• Willing to travel locally for field work.
• Car And Bike Driving Compulsory With Licence.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, [Monday to Friday 9:30a.m. To 6:15p.m.]

                       [Saturday 9:30a.m. To 3:00p.m.]
