Position: Office Boy / Helper

Location: Cyntexa, Maharani Farm, Durgapura, Jaipur

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that housekeeping staff is carrying out cleaning, maintenance, and waste management tasks on time and properly
• Offering water, tea, coffee, and snacks to visitors arriving at the office
• Arranging necessary items during meetings, such as water bottles, glasses, snacks, etc.
• Running small errands outside the office as needed, such as getting prints, papers, or other office supplies
• Receiving incoming documents, parcels, and courier packages and handing them over to the concerned person
• Monitoring pantry supplies and informing the admin team if anything needs to be refilled
• Assisting the Admin team with tasks such as organizing or shifting office items
• Any other task assigned by the admin team from time to time

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass
• Prior experience in a similar role in a corporate or professional office is preferred
• Honest, responsible, and punctual
• Neat appearance and polite behavior
• Ability to coordinate and work well with the team
