Job Summary:The Office Boy is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the office by performing general duties such as serving refreshments, maintaining cleanliness, running errands, and assisting administrative staff as required.
- Key Responsibilities:Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Clean and maintain the office premises, including desks, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
- Handle filing, photocopying, and basic clerical tasks when required.
- Receive and distribute incoming documents, mail, or parcels.
- Monitor and restock office supplies (stationery, pantry items).
- Run errands related to banking, mailing, and other office needs.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms for events or presentations.
- Support other departments with minor tasks when requested.
- Follow office policies and maintain confidentiality.
