We looking to hire a office and property management assistant to help with office administration and take care of properties located in Chennai and nearby locations. Detailed job responsibility include. 1. Date Entry and MS Office work 2. Visit property locations and ensure the properties are well maintained 3. Oversee any maintenance or repair work done by external contractors and cleaning services 4. Perform good documentation of expenses and file them for review 6. Attend to office administration work such as simple data entry, documentation, purchases needed for office Ideal candidate needs to have 1. A graduate or diploma holder with 1-2 years of administration work experience 2. Experience with data entry and basic computer documentation 3.
