Job Description
Preferred candidate profile
Responsible for managing the day - to - day administrative tasks. Provides support to employees, customers, and visitors.
Responsibilities :
1. Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
2. Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure that they are in good working order.
3. Coordinate scheduling and meeting with the customer.
4. Greet and assist visitors, and answer and direct phone calls as needed.
Requirements :
1. Previous working experience in Training centre or coaching centre will be prefered.
2.Experience in processing applications for NDT, CSWIP, API, BGAS courses and exams.
3.Coordinating exam schedules, venues, and logistics.
4. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the same role.
5.Maintaining accurate records of certified individuals, including their qualifications and expiry dates.
6.Interacting with candidates, instructors, and other stakeholders regarding certification-related matters.
7.Handling correspondence, answering inquiries, and providing general administrative support to the certification team and candidates.
8. Experience in an administrative support role, with a track record of delivering high - quality work.
9. Excellent organizational and time - management skills.
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, customers, and visitors.
11. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common office software, including email and calendar applications.
