Job Role:



We are hiring a female Office Admin to manage daily office work. You will handle inquiries, make phone calls, follow up on payments, and help with basic office tasks.





Responsibilities:



  • Attend phone calls and handle customer inquiries
  • Call leads and follow up with clients
  • Remind clients about pending payments
  • Keep records of calls and payments
  • Help with basic office work and coordination






Requirements:



  • Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
  • Comfortable with phone calls and talking to clients
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, or Google Sheets)
  • Should be organized, responsible, and polite
  • Prior experience is a plus but not necessary
