Job Role:
We are hiring a female Office Admin to manage daily office work. You will handle inquiries, make phone calls, follow up on payments, and help with basic office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Attend phone calls and handle customer inquiries
- Call leads and follow up with clients
- Remind clients about pending payments
- Keep records of calls and payments
- Help with basic office work and coordination
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Comfortable with phone calls and talking to clients
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, or Google Sheets)
- Should be organized, responsible, and polite
- Prior experience is a plus but not necessary
