Job Description
Post: Occupational Therapist Qualification : Bachelor of occupational therapy from recognized university Job Requirements : *Assess the developmental, physical, emotional, and sensory processing needs of patients. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each patients unique challenges and goals. Use activities, games, and exercises to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, coordination, and self-care abilities. Address challenges such as handwriting difficulties, delayed milestones, poor attention span, or social interaction issues. Collaborate with attendants and healthcare professionals to support the patients progress at home Educate families on therapeutic techniques, adaptive strategies, and home exercise programs. Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and evaluations. Recommend and train in the use of adaptive equipment or modifications in the environment when needed.,
