Duties and Responsibilities: The Health Expert will curate top-quality products for our platform, meticulously selected based on ingredient analysis and formulations. You will Collaborate with the Quality team to work on final selections. Provide guidance on reading food labels, understanding nutritional claims, and making informed choices when consumers are shopping. Assist customers in making informed decisions by offering personalized recommendations based on their individual needs and preferences. Continuously expand knowledge in specialized areas such as sports nutrition, weight management, chronic disease management, or special dietary needs. Address clients" concerns, questions, and misconceptions about nutrition and food-related topics. Identify and engage with potential healthcare partners, including hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, emerging research, and best practices in health and wellness to continuously enhance the marketplace offering. Contribute to the development of educational content, including blog posts, articles, and tutorials, to empower customers to make healthy choices. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in health and wellness products. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Customer-centric mind-set with a genuine passion for helping others achieve their health goals. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
