Job Description

1. Team Management and Supervision: o Supervise and manage a team of nursing staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development. o Grievance management for clinician. o Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care. o Screening of profiles from Vendors and skill set mapping.

2. Patient Care Coordination: o Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for patients in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. o Ensure that patient care plans are followed and updated as necessary to meet changing patient needs.

3. Quality Assurance and Compliance: o Ensure that nursing services are provided in compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards. o Conduct regular audits of nursing care and documentation to maintain high quality and compliance. o Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.

4. Patient and Family Education: o Educate patients and their families on care plans, medications, and home care techniques. o Grievance Management o Address patient and family concerns and provide resources for additional support as needed.

5. Administrative Duties: o Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. o Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure seamless care transitions and interdisciplinary collaboration. o Manage inventory and ordering of medical supplies and equipment necessary for patient care. 6. Crisis Management: o Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed. o Implement crisis intervention strategies and ensure that staff are trained in emergency protocols. 7. Patient Centricity : o Periodic Patient Visits o Improving NPS and Google ratings
