Job Description
Responsibilities: Generate innovative product ideas Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate the potential of new product concepts. Conduct sensory evaluations, shelf-life studies, and product performance tests. Analyze test results and make necessary adjustments to product formulations. Ensure all new products comply with relevant food safety, labelling, and regulatory requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food regulations and industry standards. Maintain detailed records of product development processes, including formulations, test results, and project timelines. Identify opportunities for product and process improvements. Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities. Requirements: Masters degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field. Previous experience in food product development or a fresher Strong knowledge of food ingredients, processing methods, and food safety regulations. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
