Looking for Non It Recruiter for Team Lease Services Ltd.
Client will be FMCD , Retail .
Must have worked in FMCD clients , Sales promoter, Technicians.
Only from Recruitement background.
Staffing industry will be preffered.
Recruiter Requirements:
- Willingness to visit clients as needed
- Strong client handling skills
- Experience in sourcing candidates across multiple channels
- Proactive follow-up with candidates and clients
- Good communication and relationship management skills
- Sourcing quality candidates for Client , such as LG, Voltas, Haier, Samsung for sales profile and Technicians.
- Must be comfortable for Field activity .
- Ready to work under Pressure .
- Should be achieve monthly target which will be 35-40 Joining .
- Good in client Coordination
Comfirtable working in 6 Days , 5 Will be WFO , and Saturday also can work base on requirement .
