Job Description

The Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. This role requires a deep understanding of technology, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing channels. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to evaluate candidates" non-technical skills and cultural fit. Job Posting & Advertising: Create compelling job postings and manage their distribution across various platforms. Candidate Management: Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and align recruitment strategies with business needs. Offer Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation of job offers, ensuring alignment with company policies and candidate expectations. Market Research: Stay updated on non-IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to inform recruitment strategies. Onboarding Support: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the team. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of various Non-IT roles and technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
