US IT Recruiter 1-3+ YEARS of experience Very good at communications skills Must work on Non-IT positions like Mechanical Engineer; Network Engineer, Security Engineer, e.t.c Roles And Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle. Job Responsibilities include Sourcing & pre-screening to identify the right talent as per the client's need Coordinating interview schedules for shortlisted candidates Pre & post offer follow-ups including rate & salary negotiations, and document collection.
