Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Non-IT Recruiter at Fusion Life Sciences Technologies LLC in Hyderabad. As the US Non-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, hiring, technical recruiting, and other related tasks. You should have 3-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and technical recruiting, with the ability to effectively source and screen candidates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role, as you will be working closely with hiring managers and clients. Knowledge of hiring laws and regulations is also required to ensure compliance. Your responsibilities will include working on Direct - US Non-IT/Engineering/Aerospace/Automobile/Pharma & Medical Device client requirements on a day-to-day basis. You should possess excellent communication skills, time management skills, and negotiation skills to successfully interact with candidates. Developing action plans and recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through job portals and networking websites will be part of your role. A Bachelor's degree in any stream is required for this position. Additionally, you must have a good understanding of Non-IT/Engineering/Aerospace/Automobile/Pharma & Medical Device terminology to effectively carry out your responsibilities. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and build strong relationships with candidates over calls are essential for success in this role.,
