You will play a crucial role in the fast-growing Commerce practice at Tryzens, contributing to the successful delivery of client projects. As a Technical Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of Node JS solutions for eCommerce projects, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and best practices to ensure the delivery of top-quality themes and packages. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing client solutions and estimating business requirements during the discovery phase - Planning and coordinating project execution with internal and external stakeholders - Designing, developing, and enhancing features for Node JS applications - Collaborating with business and technology teams and engaging in unit testing and code review sessions - Participating in technical design discussions, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Node JS software applications - Providing hands-on support in software/application architecture, development, design, analysis, and issue resolution - Communicating with clients to understand their expectations and ensuring timely delivery of features - Troubleshooting production issues effectively and staying updated on backend technologies - Expanding knowledge of new technologies and supporting the professional growth of team members - Creating a positive working environment and adhering to company policies and procedures In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will also support Presales activities for new business development and participate in recruitment efforts when required.
