Your role will involve conducting interviews with sources, eyewitnesses, experts, and officials, and writing, editing, and filing news stories for publication or broadcast. It is essential to fact-check and verify information before publication, attend press conferences, events, and meetings as required, and stay updated with current events and trending topics. Building and maintaining a network of contacts and sources, collaborating with editors, photographers, videographers, and other reporters are also part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. You will be eligible for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses.
