Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and responsible individuals to join our NOC (Network Operations Center) Department. The candidate must be reliable, proactive, and ready to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain network systems and operations.

Respond to incidents, alerts, and notifications in a timely manner.

Report issues and escalate problems when necessary.

Maintain logs and documentation accurately.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of computers and troubleshooting.

Basic understanding of English (reading and writing).

Good communication skills.

Must be punctual, sincere, and willing to take responsibility.

Ability to work independently without excuses.

Shifts Available:

Rotational

Day and night

Preferred Candidates:

Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.

Candidates with experience in NOC or IT support will be preferred
