Job Description
- Network Design and Implementation:
- Planning, installing, and configuring network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, servers) to meet organizational needs.
- Hardware and Software Management:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining network devices, operating systems, and applications.
- Network Monitoring and Maintenance:
- Regularly monitoring network performance, identifying and resolving issues, and performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and uptime.
- Security Management:
- Implementing and managing security measures to protect the network from unauthorized access, cyber threats, and data breaches.
- User Account Management:
- Creating and managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Troubleshooting and Support:
- Providing technical support to users, diagnosing and resolving network-related issues, and assisting with software and hardware problems.
- Documentation:
- Creating and maintaining network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
