Job Description
Premium institute candidates preferred Role Overview: As a .NET Tech Lead specializing in frontend technologies such as Angular and React, you would play a crucial role in leading and guiding the technical aspects of software development projects with deliveries. Your responsibilities would include: 1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to understand project requirements. 2. Architecture and Design: Design and architect scalable and maintainable software solutions using .NET, Angular, and React. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in software design and development. 3. Development: Hands-on coding and development using .NET technologies for backend development. Frontend development using Angular and React for building responsive and user-friendly web applications. 4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, providing technical guidance and ensuring a cohesive development process. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and enforce best practices. 5. Project Management: Contribute to project planning, estimation, and resource allocation. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed. Delivery of the project/modules. 6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Implement and advocate for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with .NET technologies. Strong proficiency in frontend development with Angular and React.
