Job Description

You will be responsible for creating, leading, and executing the National Sales Strategy growth for Septodont India. This role requires fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring customer-centricity, and delivering consistent business outcomes through effective people and dealer management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing the national sales strategy, setting region-wise targets, analyzing market trends, and identifying newer avenues for growth. - Building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Key Business Leaders (KBLs), and channel partners while maintaining high stakeholder engagement. - Providing market insights, competitor analysis, and performance updates by staying updated on future market trends in the dental industry through regular field visits and interactions. - Identifying untapped markets and building a plan for market penetration. - Ensuring effective implementation of strategies, maximizing productivity by headcount, monitoring field execution, and driving adoption or conversions. - Planning inventory at designated warehouses for Imported and MII products based on trends and sales forecast, ensuring timely collections and remittances for healthy cash flow. - Driving digital adoption (Customer Relationship Management, data analytics), aligning sales campaigns with marketing, and staying updated on dental market trends. - Designing sales incentive programs within budget, evaluating Return on Investment (ROI) of trade exhibitions, and other market-driven activities. - Ensuring adherence to Septodont Code of Conduct across all actions. - Leading, coaching, and developing sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture, and succession planning. Qualifications required for this position include: - MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management or a relevant field. - 15+ years in sales within Medical Devices, Pharma, or Healthcare, with 4+ years in national sales leadership. - Key Skills: Strategic Sales Planning, People Leadership, CRM & Analytics Proficiency, Market Insights & Development, Stakeholder Management, Adaptability, Execution Excellence, Customer Relationship.
