Working on exciting projects and initiatives, you will play a crucial role in building our in-house playlist vertical - Its LIT. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Label Manager & Marketing Associate in developing and executing marketing campaigns for our label and its artists. This involves utilizing various channels such as social media, email, and digital marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Label Manager to devise strategies aimed at increasing audience reach and engagement. Other tasks will include updating artist one-sheets, tracking reports to monitor daily streaming data across platforms, and supporting the label's day-to-day operations through administrative tasks and project coordination. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in the music business, marketing, or a related field. A genuine passion for music and the industry, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, are essential. Your organizational abilities, time-management skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and embrace new challenges will be key to your success in this position.
