Location: Navi Mumbai

Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month

Role: Multi Skilled Technician (Operations Department)
As an MST, you will handle installation, repair, and maintenance of MEP systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC in managed office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, test & commission electrical & plumbing systems
Data port punching & testing
Preventive & corrective maintenance of MEP systems
Troubleshooting faults using proper tools
Follow technical drawings, blueprints & safety codes
Coordinate with other technicians to ensure seamless operations
Maintain service records & respond to emergencies

Requirements:
Diploma / Graduate (Electrician License preferred)
2 - 4 years of hands-on experience
Background in Facility Management / Real Estate / Hospitality
Willing to work in rotational shifts
