MSPL LIMITED | Assistant Manager | Mechanical | Koppal Experience:6-8 Yrs Qualification: BE-Mechanical/Diploma- Mechanical Knowledge & Experience: Responsible shift in charge for scheduling of jobs & required man power to execute the planned maintenance jobs in shifts Responsible for attending the breakdowns in shifts and resolving the problems Responsible for mechanical delays in shifts Responsible for all breakdown, planned shutdown jobs & regular maintenance jobs till handover to operation Planning of required revenue spares consumables for regular maintenance jobs, breakdown & shutdown jobs keeping cost per ton Planning & executing the preventive maintenance schedule so that there is increase/ maintain in the equipment availability for production. Responsible for housekeeping in his work area and ensuring the safety while doing the jobs Preventive maintenance like greasing, oil top up & regular inspection of centralized lubrication system and spray lubrication system Any other task assigned from time to time.",
