Job Description
As a Motor Technician at AQUATICA, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining various types of electric and mechanical motors used in park operations and water rides. Your key responsibilities will include performing regular maintenance and repair of electric motors, pumps, and related equipment, diagnosing faults, troubleshooting motor-related issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work. Additionally, you will coordinate with the operations team to minimize equipment downtime and assist in installing new motor systems or upgrading existing ones. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a motor technician or in a similar technical role. You should possess a strong knowledge of electrical motor systems and components, the ability to read technical manuals and schematics, familiarity with tools and equipment used in motor repair, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. You should also be able to work independently and in a team environment.
