Your primary focus will be to breathe life into real estate visuals through your creative and technical skills. If you possess expertise in designing smooth motion graphics, editing real estate tracking videos, and crafting attention-grabbing graphics, we are eager to welcome you aboard. Your responsibilities will include creating top-notch motion graphics for real estate videos, social media platforms, and marketing endeavors. Furthermore, you will be tasked with enhancing real estate property tracking videos by incorporating seamless transitions, highlights, and branding elements. Your creative input will extend to designing both static and animated graphics such as logos, banners, thumbnails, reels, and social media creatives. You will also be expected to integrate engaging text animations, visual effects, and music to enrich video storytelling, while collaborating closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with brand visuals. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record working with industry-standard tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. A solid understanding of real estate video formats, camera tracking techniques, and current motion design trends is essential. Your keen eye for color, typography, timing, and visual storytelling will be key to your success. Additionally, your ability to thrive under deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and exhibit creativity and attention to detail through a robust portfolio will set you apart.
