You should be a Graduate/MBA with 0 - 3 years of experience. As a creative designer, your main responsibility will be to create infographic & motion graphic videos for reels, product explainers & offerings. You will also be designing creatives for posts & ads on various social media platforms. Experience in Figma will be a plus. Additionally, you should have the ability to present ideas and create new designs, as well as design and create high-quality motion graphics for the brand. To excel in this role, you should have knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw & Premiere Pro. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio are essential. Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality will set you apart. You must also have in-depth experience in understanding the importance of creative content that resonates with a digitally native audience across social platforms, Google, websites, and other digital mediums. Your ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas effectively will be crucial for success in this position.,
