Daystar Design Studio Are You a Driven Motion Designer Ready to Work Hard Daystar Design Studio is seeking highly proficient animators and motion designers who are committed, disciplined, and ready to deliver exceptional work with zero excuses. This is a commission-based internship for candidates who want to push their limits, not just get by. What You Must Bring Expertise in Adobe After Effects: Full proficiency in all aspects of After Effects is mandatory. You must have your own licensed software access. Strong Animation & Motion Design Skills: Ability to create engaging, polished motion graphics and animations for digital platforms. Reliable Setup: A powerful PC capable of handling animation workloads and fast, stable internet connection are essential. Fluent English Communication: Clear and professional English skills are required. No Excuses Attitude: We want team members who take ownership, meet deadlines, and work diligently without excuses. Role Responsibilities Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and produce compelling motion graphics and animations for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Edit video content, synchronize audio, and integrate motion elements under senior designers guidance to meet quality standards and deadlines. Interpret storyboards and leadership instructions precisely and proactively. Requirements Available to work remotely from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm IST. Ready to start between June 15th and July 1st. Must already have access to Adobe After Effects and necessary software. Own a capable PC and have reliable, fast internet. Fluent in English. Compensation & Perks Fixed stipend: 1,000 13,500 lump sum Letter of recommendation for high performers. 5-day work week.
