You are required to join an excellent faculty as a Mother Teacher for the Pre-Primary segment for the Academic Year 2024-2025. Your responsibilities include preparing and implementing a comprehensive educational teaching plan in line with the school's requirements. You must possess the skills to organize a class effectively and facilitate a conducive learning environment. Your goal is to nurture students" interest in education and support them throughout their learning and development journey. Key Skill Requirements: - Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in the Early Years. - Thorough understanding of teaching best practices and educational guidelines, and willingness to adhere to school policies. - Ability to organize the classroom, manage learning resources, and create displays to enhance the learning environment. - Track and ensure the progress of the class. - Commitment to continuous improvement by attending classes, workshops, and exploring innovative teaching methods. - Proficiency in the subject(s) you will be teaching. - Planning, preparing, and delivering differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of students. - Engaging students through creative and enthusiastic class activities. - Assessing student progress, providing feedback, and maintaining records. - Collaborating with colleagues to plan and coordinate educational activities. - Participating in school events, outings, and activities. - Willingness to undertake special assignments and ad-hoc duties as necessary. Qualifications: - Graduation in the chosen subject and a Bachelor's Degree in Education. - Passion for learning and sharing knowledge. - Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities. - High ethical standards and integrity. - Proficient in classroom management and discipline. - Ability to foster a creative and enjoyable learning environment.,
