The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating loan business through effective sourcing, client relationship management, and ensuring seamless loan processing from application to disbursement. Source new mortgage loan customers through direct sales, referrals, channel partners, and fieldwork. Analyze client financial needs and offer suitable mortgage loan products. Guide clients through the entire loan process from documentation to disbursal. Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure timely processing. Maintain relationships with builders, property dealers, and DSA partners. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,
