job Description: Avodha is hiring a dedicated and knowledgeable Montessori Trainer to train aspiring teachers in Montessori education methods. The trainer will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical sessions based on Montessori pedagogy to prepare candidates for early childhood teaching roles. Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging training sessions on Montessori teaching methods. Train students in the use of Montessori materials and classroom setup. Teach core modules: Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics, and Culture. Prepare lesson plans, student assessments, and evaluation materials. Mentor and guide students through their teaching practice. Ensure all training aligns with international Montessori standards. Stay updated with the latest trends and practices in early childhood education. Requirements: Montessori Certification (AMI/UK/India-based programs acceptable). Minimum 13 years of experience in Montessori teaching or training. Good communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam. Passion for teaching and mentoring adult learners.
