Job Description
The Mobile Phone Technician position in Kollam is a full-time on-site role that requires you to be responsible for maintenance and repair of mobile devices, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing exceptional customer service, and performing preventive maintenance tasks. In addition to these responsibilities, you may also be involved in training new technicians and keeping abreast of the latest mobile technologies and repair techniques. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in maintenance & repair, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to train new technicians. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently on-site, and experience in the mobile phone industry would be advantageous. A technical certification or diploma in a related field is also preferred.,
