As a Mobile Phone Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various models of smartphones. Your main duties and responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in mobile phones, ensuring the repair section remains clean and organized, receiving devices from customers, and returning them in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and be able to provide excellent customer service.
