Develop and implement customer centric activities to enhance customer engagement. Develop regional marketing programs to solve problem specific to the region, evaluate new channels for activities to effectively and efficiently engage with new prospects and existing customers. Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and achieving ROI targets. Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all regional marketing initiatives. Strengthen the banks brand presence and reputation within the region. Collaborate with cross-functional team and centralised marketing team to ensure seamless activity execution. Build and effectively manage relationships with local vendors, media partners etc. Lead, mentor and manage cross functional team within the region on implementing marketing activities. Conduct Market Research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscape.,
