Location: "On-site in Kanpur" Company: Archadia Decors Employment Type: Full-Time (10am to 6 pm) Experience Level: Beginner to Intermediate (Training can be provided) We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Miniature Painter & Airbrush Artist to join our creative team at Archadia Decors. Your primary role will be to paint and finish our collectible decor sculptures using both airbrush and hand-painting techniques. These are high-quality, artistic products that require patience, precision, and a strong eye for detail. Key Responsibilities Paint small sculptures and collectibles with precision using acrylic paints and airbrush. Perform fine detailing, shading, and weathering to bring models to life. Maintain consistent quality across multiple units. Collaborate with our design and production team to meet artistic standards. Prepare painted items for final packaging and quality check. Keep your workspace clean and tools well-maintained. Requirements Basic experience in hand painting or airbrushing (hobby or professional). Strong attention to detail and patience. Understanding of color theory and layering techniques. Willingness to learn and grow in artistic finishing skills. Previous experience with painting resin models, figurines, or miniatures is a plus. Reliable and able to meet production deadlines. Salary ranges from 10k-15k interns can apply too.,
