Conduct research and development work in the field of renewable and hydrogen energy. · Literature survey and project overview. · Design, erect and commission experimental reactor systems. Develop processes to separate components of liquids or gases. Prepare detailed process and chemical design of equipment. Design and plan the layout of equipment in experimental setup. · Line and equipment sizing. · Technical and specification assessment and equipment selection. · Conduct experiments using the designed experimental set up. · Monitor performance of processes during experimental conduction. · Troubleshoot problems arising during experiment conduction. · Evaluate equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. · Develop safety procedures for those working with potentially dangerous chemicals · Risk assessments of the projects and implementing measures to minimize them. · Design and development of analytical systems to gauge the performance of the processes. · Techno economic feasibility assessment of the project. · Vendor development and work assignments. · Development of SOP and maintaining logs and records in detailed manner. · Co-ordination with suppliers and vendors. · Performing field trials of the developed product.
