Job Title : Senior ODOO Developer Location : Pune, Bavdhan Experience : 4+ years in ODOO development Certification : ODOO Certified Developer - Mandatory Office Timing : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Joining : Immediate or less then 15 days Key Responsibilities Develop and customize ODOO modules based on technical and functional specifications. Design and implement complex business logic using ODOO ORM and Python. Create custom reports using QWeb or external tools. Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers. Handle third-party integrations using ODOO APIs (REST, XML-RPC). Optimize performance of large datasets and workflows. Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Key Skills Strong command over Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and ODOO framework. Hands-on with ODOO Studio, Workflows, and Security Rules. Proficiency in module migration from older ODOO versions. Experience with Git, Docker, and Linux environments.
