The role involves developing back-end website applications and creating servers and databases for functionality. You will be responsible for ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones and the responsiveness of applications. Your tasks will include seeing through a project from conception to finished product, designing and developing APIs, and meeting both technical and consumer needs. It is essential to stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages. You will also need to compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement. Collaborating with front-end developers and other team members is required to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience. Additionally, developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry development is expected. The preferred candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience in Node.js and ReactJs. Knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks, as well as front-end technologies, is necessary. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
