About the Role: Blisslers is seeking a quick learner, results-driven, and self-motivated MERN Stack Engineer to join our software development team. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js (front-end) and Node.js (back-end). Take ownership of the full-stack development process, from creating APIs to building responsive UIs and writing unit tests. Ensure optimized server configurations, performance tuning, and smooth deployments. Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently. Assist the team with critical challenges and contribute to continuous improvement. Key Qualifications: Strong experience with React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, React Query, GraphQL, TanStack). Proficiency in Node.js and back-end frameworks. Hands-on experience with TDD, CI/CD tools, and deployment strategies. Familiarity with Git version control and working in an Agile environment with frequent releases. Ability to take end-to-end ownership of development, from coding to deployment.
