Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of onboarding, operations, support, and reporting for clients in accordance with contractual obligations, service standards, and organisational KPIs. Design, optimise and enhance operational procedures to increase operational efficiency, automate tasks, enhance reliability and reduce errors. Design and implement monitoring and reporting procedures, modules, and dashboards. Work with analytics and business intelligence teams to ensure relevant KPI and deep business insights are captured, assessed, and communicated. Support group-wide teams were applicable through sharing expertise, knowledge, and insights. Recruit, select, train and manage operations team members. This shall encompass setting work objectives, targets, performance KPIs as well as appraisal and assessments Requirements/Qualifications :- Bachelors degree or higher preferably in Engineering, Computer science related field or relevant experience.
