Key Responsibilities: Manage direct-to-customer B2B operations from order placement to fulfillment Coordinate closely with the production, design, and marketing teams Ensure timely product availability and alignment with customer demands Handle customer communication and resolve queries professionally Report directly to the Managing Director and contribute to strategic planning Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in merchandising or B2B operations Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Experience in labels, apparel, or related sectors is preferred About Us: M.R.
