As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser/Sales Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities Should have knowledge of different fabrics Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to track and fulfill customer orders. Collaborate with the team to prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for potential clients. Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records. Should have strong grip on follow-up, negotiation and co-ordination skills Ideal candidate having different types process, printing and job work. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve any sales-related challenges. Skills Should be very fluent in communication and confident in handling clients 1-2yr experience from textile and fabrics field is required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
