Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Product Development:Developing garment samples and working with designers to refine designs and specifications based on buyer requirements. Order Management:Receiving, analyzing, and confirming orders, ensuring all details are accurate and complete. Production Planning:Creating and managing production schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring timely completion of production. Sourcing and Costing:Sourcing fabrics, accessories, and other materials, negotiating prices, and ensuring cost-effective production. Quality Control:Implementing and maintaining quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process to ensure garments meet quality standards. Logistics and Shipping:Coordinating logistics, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to buyers. Communication:Maintaining clear and effective communication with buyers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders throughout the process. Trend Analysis:Staying updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitive pricing to make informed decisions. Problem Solving:Addressing and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during production or delivery. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
