Job Description
As a MEP Modeler at Pencildezign Architects, you will join our team of passionate and skilled individuals dedicated to creating innovative designs. Your responsibilities will include preparing HVAC design & layout (2D & 3D) as well as plumbing design & layout (2D & 3D). To excel in this role, you should possess a BTech in Mechanical Engineering and have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is essential, along with a strong understanding of MEP coordination & BIM workflows. This is a full-time position located at Hilite Business Park in Calicut. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, and the successful candidate will be expected to work in person.
