Job Description
Capital Mementos, a leading name in personalized gift and memento production, is looking for a skilled and creative Production Manager / Memento Maker to lead our product creation process. If you have hands-on experience in crafting customized mementos, awards, trophies, or personalized gifts, and can manage a small production team, wed love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and produce custom mementos, awards, and corporate gifts. Conduct Proper estimation for every work and ensure good level of profitability. Operate and manage tools like laser engraving machines, vinyl cutting, sublimation, or CNC routers. Ensure quality control and finishing of all items before dispatch. Work closely with the design and sales team to understand client requirements. Manage inventory of raw materials and coordinate with vendors for supply. Lead a small production team and ensure timely delivery of orders. Preferred Profile: Candidates from printing, signage, trophy/gift, or event production backgrounds.
